Job Description IAM Technical Analyst
The position is as part of Identity & Access Management (IAM) project team within the Cyber Security & Controls Programme.
IAM Onboarding is a stream within the IAM project and the main objective is to onboard into IAM strategic tool all Applications / systems across LSEG.
This will allow a centralized monitoring of system entitlements assigned to end users and automatic recertification of them.
Specifically, for this project, the Technical Analyst will have direct responsibility for / or contribute to onboarding of 500+ Applications and other technology types by :
Building and maintaining a collaborative relationship with all Business stakeholders / Application Teams / Project Team members
Performing technical checks on the information / documents received from Application Teams and advice Project Analyst on any needed integration
Performs development and testing in Dev Environment of feeds and connectors
Performs configuration and deployment in Production Environment of feeds and connectors
Troubleshoot issues that appear in Development and Production Deployment stages
Configure 1st Recertification Campaign for each Applications / System onboarded, launch it and assist till completion of it
Constantly updates status and track progress in the Project specific tools / reports
Working close with tool SME and Project Analyst to ensure all requirements are covered, verified, documented, properly tested and implemented into PROD
Working with Project Manager to ensure planning of all work packages is done to a suitable level and to realistic timeframes
Report progress of agreed work packages to the Project Manager, socializing any concerns or gaps that will impact the projects ability to deliver
Actively participates to the daily Scrum meeting, helping identify improvements or issues and gaps that need help or escalation
Participate to review of process and project technical documentation identifying areas for improvement
Documenting the to-be processes and technical procedures
Support in gathering sign-off with business and IAM team for all Onboarded Applications / Technical types
Experience & Knowledge
Must be able to interact with both business executives and technical team to deploy IAM solution
Experience working with technical teams across a broad range of IT disciplines;
Requirements / Information gathering for large projects with a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to gather technical requirements, define processes, document use cases and technical requirements / specifications
Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management, as well as IAM technologies (nice to have)
Some experience with the installing, configuration, implementation and deployment of IAM tools (SailPoint / IGI) including reporting (nice to have)
Basic understanding of Active Directory LDAP, LINUX , Solaris / UNIX, and Windows skills
