What does the team do?
KPMG's Digital Transformation team based in Switzerland empowers multinational companies to re-design their IT functions and capabilities.
The Digital Transformation practice is recognized as a global advisory leader in defining IT Strategies and managing large IT and Digital Transformations.
We provide our clients with the practical knowledge on emerging technologies and digital trends and a suite of capabilities to drive highly effective and sustainable transformations.
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide advice across the complete transformation lifecycle relevant to the CIO's of our clients.
To support our team we are currently seeking for Assistant Manager or Manager located in Warsaw to work on transformation topics in Digital Transformation for our clients in Switzerland.
Your daily duties will include
Managing Digital Transformation and CIO advisory engagements working closely with our clients Digital and IT executives
Design and implementation of IT Strategy, IT Operating model and IT Transformation programmes incl IT M&A, IT outsourcing
Developing and leading new client opportunities independently
Extending existing and developing new solutions for our services portfolio
Conducting IT assessments for the full IT landscape, business IT alignment, organization, sourcing strategy or new technologies
Coaching and developing junior members of the team to support their individual career growth
4 - 6 years of experience in at least three of the following areas :
Digital and IT Strategy (Design & Implementation)
Innovation Management / Digital Business Development
IT Operating Model
IT Sourcing / Outsourcing / Shared Service Centers
IT Programme and Project Management
Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology / Information Management / Business Informatics / Digital Marketing / Business Administration or equal
Excellent conceptual and problem solving skills
Expertise in managing engagements and acting as a role model for less experienced team members
Experience in collaboration with senior clients ; ability to build and develop long-term relationships
Fluency in English and German / French and willingness to travel
Excellent people management skills and ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment, used to dealing with levels of ambiguity
