The role :

The HR Associate with French and English is responsible for monitoring all related processes from the moment the offer is made up to the moment the new candidate joins the firm, during his employment and up to his termination.

The HR Associate is focused on :

  • Delivering service that meets SLA and quality scores
  • Developing strong internal and external relationships
  • Achieving productivity levels
  • Key role tasks and activities :

  • Manages the hiring process for new employees and ensures that everything is properly configured in Conduent systems and customer systems from day one (offers, returned offers, instructions for the first day, job confirmation, system updates, background screening, etc.)
  • Responsible for managing and processing contract changes from the employee or client (promotions, salary increases, position changes, changes of personal data, etc.)
  • Management of employee leave periods (medical leave, paid / unpaid leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, adoption, etc.)
  • Transmission of all the necessary information regarding salaries, within the established term
  • Offers support to employees, via email, telephone or chat and communicate the appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Management of all-important databases
  • Provides support for the client’s human resources department in matters related to personnel forms and archive / records
  • Responsible for the effective management of external / internal queries
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure the accuracy of employee data / records
  • Management of the Terminations process (Prepares, verifies and sends all the necessary documents to the internal / external departments / parties)
  • Management of the internal organization processes : job code changes, cost center, etc.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required :

  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English & French (spoken & written)
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, as well as speaking and writing skills
  • Expert in the use of Windows operating system as well as Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking
  • Flexible and eager to learn
  • Able to work in a large organization and maintain strong relationships with team members (not only locally but also from other countries)
  • Experience in the field of human resources would be an advantage
