The Channel Support ISR is responsible for onboarding, developing and managingof new resellers and partners for Lenovo DCG, enablement of new partners andpromotion to higher levels of Lenovo DCG channel programs and promos, as wellas reactivation and re-engaging partners that have slowed transactions, withinand assigned territory.
Onboard, develop and manage a set of business partners assigned within a setregion;
Positioning Lenovo DCG benefits for partners and gathering partner accountprofile;
Driving Partner Portal & Partner education adoption by partners;
Building and maintaining lasting relationships with key roles within apartner account;
Discovering partner’s pipeline and keeping it updated from partner side;
Keeping partners up-to-date on Lenovo DCG news and promos;
Checking compliance with Partner Program requirements and drive upgrade ofpartner level;
Developing a solid working knowledge of Lenovo DCG products and the benefitsthey provide to potential and existing partners;
Providing support to partners including help with licensing and technicalissues related to Lenovo DCG products;
Manage End to End assigned SMB / MM Leads with Business Partner
Certification Management Tracking and Invite Business Partners
Tracking of Target Achievement and Clip levels and proactive Alignment withBusiness Partners
Main point of contact for Business Partners proactive and reactivecommunication in local language
Channel Delivery Issues with deep interlock with distributors and local SMBManager and Distribution account manager
Proactively involve the local Technical Sales and LETS Team when needed
Participate in local Channel Events in assigned market to meet partners faceto face.
Updating and maintaining partner accounts in CRM system.
Position Requirements :
This job requires good communication skills, especially verbally. You shouldbe a good, smooth, calm, enthusiastic talker able to learn quickly featuresand benefits of the products and a persistent attitude will make you theperfect candidate.
What else you should have :
2+ years experience in selling IT hardware and software brands in a channelmodel;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience willbe considered);
Knowhow on how to approach different types of persons in order to establishpositive and lasting relationships;
Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-pacedenvironment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter;
Ability to adapt to changes in role and responsibilities;
Understands channel model, mindset, industry, and market;
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills; excellent electroniccorrespondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools;
Knowledge of Hardware industry and the ability to relay information to thepartner community;
Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry.
Fluent in French and English.
