Responsibilities

  • Act as an advocate on behalf of the HR regional function, working closely with global HR leaders and IT partners to ensure project estimations, creation of cost benefits analysis, understanding of return on investment / project prioritization, and securing of funding
  • Partnering with global / regional / country stakeholders (HR Admin, Recruitment, Legal, HR BP, etc.) to gather, validate and document the HR project needs for all legal entities and countries in scope
  • Coordinate the resource allocation, adoption and utilization of HR tools in scope for regional and local HR teams
  • Act as first point of contact / escalation for all HR systems and associated reports
  • Analyze and submit to IT any system upgrade and change needed in the HR tools (drive regional testing, highlight risk and propose solutions)
  • Partnering with global / regional / country stakeholders (IT, FPnA, CnB, HR Admin, Payroll, HR BP, Digital etc.) to define and design the HR reports for all legal entities and countries in scope
  • Participates actively in growth projects, as part of the deal cycle, leading the HR Systems stream and front facing customers in such project

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Business analysis
  • Project mgmt.
  • Data Visualization (Excel Proficient & another tool similar to BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • HRIS & HR Data Reporting
  • Change mgmt..
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Working (Implementation experience is a major plus) in most of the following HRIS areas : Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting and Applicant tracking, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits Management, Learning Management, Case Management, Employee Portal, and Report / Analytics platforms
  • Working (Implementation experience is a major plus) with at least one Ticketing tool for HR processes
  • Working with different data visualization tool and building insights to facilitate the people decisions process
  • Working in a matrix organization and intermediate different process / system changes for minimum 5 countries in EMEA
  • Preferred qualifications
