Customer Service Coordinator

Location : Cluj-Napoca

The Customer Service Coordinator provides support to the internal and branch sales force by assisting with customer inquiries, order handling, the coordination of special customer requests and issue resolution.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Verifies and expedites customer orders to ensure accuracy and secure on-time delivery by coordinating the special request
  • Provides information to customer regarding order status by answering inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinates issue resolution by working with the Sales Representative and the Customer to ensure smooth sales to shipping process
  • Assist the Sales Representative process customer quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information by utilizing the computer supplier access
  • General office activities, such as telephone service or sample shipping, complete the activity profile for this role
  • What you bring to us :

  • You have completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector, or bring comparable experience
  • You already have gained professional experience in customer support working in our industry would be ideal
  • You stand for mature written and oral communication; professional behavior on the phone is of course expected at all times by you
  • You have a good knowledge of English and Romanian languages and good knowledge of all MS Office Applications
  • As a team-orientated person, you convince others through an above-average commitment, a conscientious style of work and a high degree of resilience
