Mission :
Develop accounting processes and associated accounting systems to meet the challenges of the Group and the accounting profession (reliability of accounts, productivity of the function, compliance with legal and tax constraints).
Responsibilities :
Analyze the impacts of an evolution vis-à-vis accounting processes and accounting systems
Identify the key players to carry out the evolution,
Define the target accounting schemes (operational account plan, corporate accounts and Group accounts)
Write any expressions of need for IT or other Group businesses
Accept the changes and validate with all the necessary actors the change of process
Train and manage change management
Profile :
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
Very strong knowledge of the accounting schemes associated with the various processes and good knowledge of IFRS standards
Appetite for information processes and systems
English and French advanced level (read, write, speak)
Familiarity with the SAP system for the usual transactional
Strong analytical and teamwork skills in a diverse and multicultural environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance from an accredited university
