The Learning & Development Manager ROBG supports the effectiveness of the L&D strategy through the management of different learning & development activities and the follow up of the talent development plan campaign for Romania and Bulgaria markets.
As the Learning & Development Manager ROBG you are responsible to :
Partner with the Talent & Learning team in the company as well as with stakeholders to implement Talent & Development Strategy within the assigned countries.
Build strong relationship with the business to understand their needs and provide them with relevant solutions
Localize global learning programs and activities for RO and BG
Identify collective learning needs with HRBP and Team Leaders & arbitrate specific needs to support Talent Management plans
Monitor and arbitrate Talent Development Plans & general learning plans, integrating classroom / e-Learning, networking
Manage suppliers for the agreed L&D programs and optimize learning cost at cluster level
Design and deliver learning programs
On project base, work closely with Regional and Corporate teams to design and update relevant learning programs
Support the roll out of different L&D projects and processes without being limited to processes related to talent cycle, development conversations, coaching, succession planning, etc.
Lead and Support effectively recruitment projects
We are looking for Learning & Development Manager with the following profile :
3 5 years of working experience in learning / talent / recruitment in multinational companies
Human acumen, business understanding
Fluent in English and Romanian, spoken and written . Bulgarian is a plus
Able to build authentic relationships with stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment
Able to work independently, with good planning and project / portfolio management skills
Autonomous and detail-oriented
