The successful candidate should demonstrate great accountability, customer empathy and technical acumen. Beyond troubleshooting technical problems and managing client relationshups,, the candidate should be passionate of driving bigger impact increasing customer value, improving diagnostic tools and driving product feedback.
Build business relationship with key customers and internal stakeholders, based on trust.
Identify and respond tothought-provoking customer issues specific to Azure Services or Azure Platform and be able to conduct in-depth diagnostics.
Advise and educate customers on the features and capabilities of our products.
Problem solving through deep troubleshooting, debugging and log analysis.
You have a passion for resolving problems, learning new technologies, collaborating with other to find solutions while demonstrating customer obsession, continuously optimizing and improving the support experience.
Previous experience working with customers in any capacity.
Accountability & teamwork driven spirit.
Passionate about driving cross-team engagement and collaboration, while focusing on customer experience.
Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills abnd ability to use common web troubleshooting tools like Fiddler, browser development tools, Wireshark or others.
Experience with profiling tools is a plus.
Understanding of Web Application related technologies like : certificates, TLS, DNS and general networking.
Experience deploying and managing App Services and / or Function Apps in Azure is preferred.
Also, we would like you to have knowledge and experience in one or more of the follwing technologies :
Azure App services or Internet Information Server management and configuration.
Troubleshoot performance and configuration of applications.
Development and debugging experience in .NET / .NET Core.
Configuration and management in Apache, NGNIX or other web servers, running in Linux or Windows operating systems.
Management and deployment of Docker images, troubleshoot common scenarios with containers.
Application development and debugging experience in one or more : Java, Node, Python, PHP, Ruby.
