Retail Learning & Performance Trainer
The Retail Learning & Performance Trainer will be part of an agile People Experience Team and will support eMAG Retail employees across the country with localized learning content
The pillars of the PX Team are :
Understand the business processes, the profitability drivers and how they are connected with the KPIs. Promote and explain the importance of your internal clients KPIs;
Understand how adults learn and use different learning methods that suit the client’s need;
Act as an owner of all the learning products, delivering them from ideation to implementation and review;
Iterate, fail and get feedback fast while shaping learning products for your client;
Use data and psychological concepts to drive your decisions;
Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What will you do in our team?
Collects learning needs on-site from showroom colleagues while travelling to various cities around the country, assessing learning needs and prioritizing according to team's main KPI's;
Collects information about the sales process in each showroom and plans interventions based on them together with the Retail Director & People Experience Manager.
Learning Design, Delivery & Measurement
Designs the Retail learning journey from onboarding to exit;
Constantly updates & tracks metrics of the Retail onboarding journey in each showroom;
Designs specific learning interventions with the purpose of growing each showrooms’ performance;
Provides training to showroom colleagues;
Provides feedback & coaching to showroom colleagues;
Defines KPIs for his activity together with the People Experience Manager & Retail Director;
Tracks KPIs to measure his activity;
Supports the implementation of company-wide projects in each showroom;
Keeps close with the Retail Director, HRBP & People Experience Team to constantly update the learning journey;
Let’s meet if you have these skills :
Nice to have : at least 1 year experience working with Retail functions;
Available to travel +50% of the time;
Project management / planning;
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills;
Dealing with ambiguity;
Learner profile, constantly interested in personal development;
