The Retailer Performance Executive focuses on building partnerships with our retailer network, these partnerships see ChannelSight leverage our many solutions to acquire transactional data for our clients.
The role encompasses data-analysis and a firm understanding of digital platforms such as ; Affiliate networks, tracking pixels and web-analytics.
The role of Retailer Performance Executive requires :
Strong computer literacy.
Project management experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of web analytics.
Strong presentation skills.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Technical understanding of affiliate networks, feed management and tracking pixels.
You will -
Get hands on with the latest analytical software.
Manipulate and present reports from excel and powerpoint.
Use CRM management tools to provide business overviews both internally and externally.
Discuss and assist clients and retailers to understand the ChannelSight solution and its benefits.
Promote the ChannelSight solution as an easy to use service that has a strategic USP in the digital space.
Provide clear communication and keep to the SLAs and KPIs that you are provided with.
Work alongside the brand performance team to support and provide best-in-class client service.
Act as a point of contact between clients, retailers & internal teams
Work with global clients to help them make the most of the solution
