We are looking to hire candidates who are passionate about Customer Service and Technology whilst also eager to learn and develop in a dynamic and youthful environment.

As a Customer Support Representative with transcosmos, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline customer support via phone or email in French / English language, and transferring technical queries to the Technical Support Specialist Team.

This position will be part of a team working from Monday to Friday in shifts ensuring that a continually high level of service is provided to the customer.

We are looking for candidates that are passionate about technology and eager to learn and develop.

Location : Debrecen, Hungary

Job type : Full-time (40 hours / week)

Language : Advanced French and English

KEY DUTIES

  • In-bound calls and emails from new customers (via phone, chat and / or email).
  • Provide timely, high-quality responses to external and internal customer.
  • Respond promptly and accurately regarding escalation resolutions.
  • Provide high level professional Customer Care services in an efficient manner.
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
  • To log all calls on the call logging system.
  • Respond to enquiries from clients and help resolve and application hardware or software problems.
  • Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in a timely and effective manner and within SLA.
  • Identify any service related issues and escalate to the Team Leader.
  • Requirements

  • Fluent French & English language skills (both written and oral).
  • Previous Helpdesk / Customer Service experience (ideally supporting IT / Software applications).
  • Good knowledge of IT (Internet browsers, Excel, Microsoft Office and mobile devices).
  • Basic technical understanding of GPS and GSM networks.
  • Highly customer focused with a basic Automotive knowledge.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge and understanding of call logging software.
  • Good personal organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High degree of integrity.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Proactive and confident approach to delivering excellent customer service
