Role Description :
You’ll be part of our back-office team and will be a key point of contact for a variety of different internal stakeholders, ensuring company policies on pricing, rebates and sales are all followed correctly.
You’ll be comfortable in guiding internal colleagues (typically our Sales teams) through the completion of sales contracts, ensuring they follow our processes - but more importantly, helping them to achieve success by understanding their options within our pricing and rebate structures.
You’ll be working in SAP, however it’s not vital that you have used this before - we’ll provide training to ensure you know your way around the system.
What you’ll be doing :
Managing the daily data request for customer and pricing master data
Delivering excellent customer service internally and building strong relationships with various teams / departments
Offering solutions to our Sales teams to ensure they can complete customer contracts in-line with our company policies
Represent the back-office team in becoming the first point of contact for our Sales teams
Identify and escalate process improvements within cluster
Attend Sales meeting across cluster & present country specific information
Train Sales / FO on process improvements changes that may affect them and on updates on policies
Control day to day business (workload balance, ensuring work is done in timely manner)
Who we’re looking for :
We’re looking for someone who loves to deliver excellent customer service, build relationships and feels comfortable to suggest and advise internal colleagues on correct sales / pricing policies and is eager to learn.
We are looking for someone who loves to understand the bigger picture, as master data is the basis for all other processes which are impacting our service to the customers.
You’ll need to be comfortable collaborating with other internal teams to find and suggest alternative solutions to how customer contracts can be managed in our ERP system.
And you should be open minded for suggestions, support to improve our processes and managing the changes.
It’s likely you’ll possess some of the following characteristics :
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to coordinate multiple activities
Proven experience in an office environment is a plus
Experience in SAP would be an advantage, however full training will be provided
Numerate with high attention to detail, methodical, ability to copy with large amounts of data
Intermediate / Advanced skills with standard office applications (Google apps, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Excel, Word & Power Point)
Excellent administration / organization skills and prioritization of workload
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
High levels of drive / motivation and initiative
Experience of consistently meeting deadlines whilst working within a highly pressurized environment
Fluent in German and English (written and oral - C1 level)
