Job Description

Backend development for manufacturing applications in a Linux environment with C / C++, Lua and Oracle DB

Design and implement communication interfaces against customer and internal specifications

Analysis, debugging and extension of existing applications

Creating and implementing software designs and concepts

Testing and Commissioning implemented Software

Analyzing and debugging

Migration of existing systems to new platforms

Containerization of existing and new applications

Interfacing and support to IT Ops team

Qualifications

University Diploma

High school Diploma

Bachelor degree in related field, or equivalent work experience;

Proficiency in written and spoken English, German language is a plus;

1-3 years experience in IT service management, software engineering and / or solutions development;

Knowledge of key technologies Linux, GNU C / C++;

Previous C / C++ debugging experience would be a plus;

Previous experience with PL-SQL and / or Oracle Database would be a plus;

Understanding of cryptographic algorithms, systems and procedure (PGP, HSM, PKI);

Deep understanding of risk evaluation and impact in IT environments for change activities;

Exceptional analytical capabilities, communication skills and intercultural competence.
