Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) is responsible for providing information for the Brand Lead on the local market's specificity and collaborating to create local marketing plans for the assigned portfolio.
Coordinates customer-oriented marketing activities such as : managing opinion leaders, creating and managing a local marketing mix, aligned with regional / global marketing plans and customer needs.
The CSM identifies development opportunities and implements initiatives aligned with customer needs, optimizes the growth and profitability of the allocated portfolio.
