Promotes Philips products to dental professionals, in medical clinics, universities, medical workshops and events. Develops and manages long term partnerships with doctors and students focusing on education and endorsement.
Provides trainings, technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge expert on clinical / technical area of the product
Actively strengthen a network of contacts in Dental Professionals community
Maintain and create productive collaborations with Dental Professionals - 60% existing & 40% new
Participate in medical events (congress and workshops)
Create events for Dental Professionals - ex. lunch & learn
Quality trials (product demo and testing)
Drive first orders for Dental Professionals (ensure DP becomes Philips ambassador)
Develop Philips Sonicare visibility in all locations
Leverage SFA for data collection
Collects feedback from the market related to products
Brings the outside in - collects information about competition activities
Proactively provides feedback on ways to create efficiencies and improve coverage, DP interaction
Provide advices and assistance to Sales, TSM and Marketing
Create long term relations with Dental Professionals based on business understanding and win win solutions. Continuous improvement of existing processes starting from current team strategy.
Proactively generate ideas to improve effective coverage, successful recommendation and improved path to purchase.
Deliver against clear measurable objectives (individual and team) adhering to established policies and management guidance.
Work closely with professional marketing manager to ensure the right POSMs with the effective communication
Presentation and communication skills
