About the role :

As an IT Helpdesk Analyst, you’ll be part of a worldwide team in a global company and the first point of contact for all IT support queries coming from the whole company’s subsidiaries all around the world.

You will be based in our office in Sibiu, Romania.

Responsibilities :

  • Use and manage the helpdesk ticketing system tool to support and assist in-house IT users.
  • Organizing the ticket flow : priority, redirection, take-over, assignation.
  • Deploy systems and software.
  • Support users with software applications.
  • Insure 1st level support for AMPLEXOR’s users concerning hardware and software IT topics.
  • Provide maintenance on computer hardware and system.
  • Train and support users on the use of desktop software and network resources.
  • Follow-up escalation points : escalating to 2nd or 3rd level support if needed and following up ticket information to users.
  • Create and update documentation and processes.
  • Report to management and improve the helpdesk quality of service.
  • Participate in IT projects.
  • Profile :

  • A university degree in computer sciences is an asset.
  • Fluency in English. Other foreign languages are an asset.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and issues, customer relationship also as capacity to work cooperatively and effectively with other IT colleagues is demanded.
