We cooperate with leading commerce brands, working on both online and offline experiences, developing online stores, mobile applications, software for kiosk tablets in showrooms or humanoid robots and other IoT solutions.
We are currently looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to assist our clients in choosing the ecommerce solution best-suited to their needs.
If you have been an active user of ecommerce platforms over the past few years and know their strengths and weaknesses inside out, you might enjoy this transition to helping other teams achieve their goals and joining the world of service providers.
In the role of Ecommerce Manager at Snowdog you will craft optimal ecommerce strategies and support our clients' sales goals, as well as supervise processes in order to improve their website performance.
With your extensive working knowledge of ecommerce platforms and analytics tools, you will advise our team on how to develop our clients' chosen sales platform, its overall functionality, content, development and optimization, as well as online marketing approaches.
What you’ll be doing :
Advising our team on the optimal ecommerce platform for our clients' businesses
Supervising the implementation of planned roadmaps and suggesting changes to support their further development
Actively participating in project meetings
Keeping abreast of the latest progress in ecommerce platforms and alerting clients of possible new functionalities
Building lasting relations with ecommerce platform providers
Analysing changing trends in the area of ecommerce
Creating and implementing development strategies for several online stores, with respect to business, marketing, and usability
Apply if you can boast about your :
2+ years of experience in multi-platform ecommerce management
Working knowledge of at least 1-2 ecommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Big Commerce, Commercetools, Sylius, Shopware, Spryker) and ecommerce analytics tools (e.g. GA, BI)
Understanding of the entire sales process
High motivation to get to know new ecommerce platforms
Strong communication skills and fluency both in Polish and English
Critical thinking and great decision-making skills
Even better if you also have :
Experience in running one's own online store
