You will be responsible for driving strategic and Transformational Critical Programmes across all segments of Global Services.
You will also responsible for Program Management of Quality assurance, driving Analytics and Business Support Services, working with cross-functional teams to drive the businesss objectives, and facilitate operational excellence for Global Services.
ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
You will have a responsibility to drive and facilitate the delivery and implementation of key Global Services initiatives, including Critical Programs, GS Objectives, Transformational Projects, Efficiency Improvements.
With a focus on the deployment of outputs, outcomes and benefits, You will be managing and supporting each of the programs complete lifecycles, from their ideation, business requirements, re-source and financial planning, and then using standards-based Project Management tools to keep projects on track, identify risks, mitigate issues, manage and communicate change, and prioritize the project's components and resources with regular reporting to align on-time delivery with strategic intent and execution.
You will be Responsible for managing Programme service delivery, ensuring consistency by adhering to cross-segment functional standardized management frameworks and practices, to provide a single source of truth including relevant and accurate reporting and common governance processes.

Primary Responsibilities :
Project management for the delivery of Services, plan managing timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Operate as the main point of contact to coordinate the allocated project throughout its lifecycle.
Ensure to follow standard methodology approach to Project Management and its execution.
Providing consolidated regular Project Status Reports to senior management by facilitating regular and frequent stakeholder calls.
Timely escalation to management with clear roadblocks with suggested solutions.
Capturing and recording all project progress, ensuring the documentation of any lessons.
learned, scope change and quality issues to be addressed through process frameworks.
Provide support for Financial aspects of allocated projects.
Provide Global Services Implementation KPIs as appropriate.
Support to ensuring GS set objectives are delivered in line with set timelines.

Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor of Science or Business degree (preferably in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems) or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in project management or operations, service delivery and / or account management role.
Proven ability and record on communicating with senior management.
Proven ability to build and execute reporting processes (both internal and external).
PM certificates or leadership deliver certification or training appreciated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of industry and market.
