  • Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and produce standardised reporting templates and packages to distribute to business-aligned CoE teamsand Group Finance
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual reports and presentations for management, including performance against budgets and forecasts, performance against KPIs.
  • Synthesise financial data, analysing key trends and variances, creating clear and concise narratives

  • Research internal and external data sources and apply segment / industry knowledge to augment management reports
  • Analyst-Reporting Cost & P&L

  • Drive and ensure standardisation of reports between business and regions
  • Support ad hoc and custom reporting as needed
  • PS & MFR

  • Work closely with business-aligned CoE teams and Group FP&A to improve reporting packages, utilising internal financial systems to further optimise the process and surface business insights to support decision making
  • Analyst-Reporting Revenue

  • Serve as subject matter experts for business-aligned CoE teams and Group Finance teams on where and how to source the required data for ad-hoc reporting
  • Product Analyst-Reporting Revenue

  • Perform Balance Sheet reviews and understand position of certain accounts to ensure information is correct
  • Own hierarchy and data structures and manage updates within Financial planning systems and tools, maintaining data integrity and managing reconciliations between systems
  • Identify incremental process improvements in work processes, make appropriate recommendations, and creatively solve problems
  • Coach and mentor junior analysts within the Centre of Excellence
  • Impact / Scope
  • Conduct financial and management reporting
  • Support CoE leadership with process improvement, policy and procedure development
  • Assist ad-hoc projects, as requested by Leadership
  • Education and Experience
  • University degree / relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CIMA) preferred
  • Experience in the technology industry and working in a large organisation is preferred
  • Experience with applications, such as OneStream, Tableau, PivotLink and Anaplan is preferred
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with the analysis and reporting of financial and operational data, including ability to digest large quantities of data in order to build financial and management reports
  • Understanding of the corporate financial planning and reporting process, along with strong analytical skills to deep-dive into the data and gather insights
  • Ability to lead special projects as needed to provide analytical and decision support on new initiatives
