We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Honeywell Safety & Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest.

The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to manage salesopportunities within a specific territory by generating, following and closingopportunities.

The role will require a proactive attitude, marketing campaign& lead management, cold call activity, opportunity pipeline management,forecasting and closing opportunities to get results.

Working hours : 15 : 00 24 : 00

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities :

  • Build long term, meaningful partner relationships in a remote environment (verbal skills / phone skills very important)
  • Act on the partners behalf as an advocate to ensure best the possible experience when interacting with Honeywell;
  • Prospect the market to identify business opportunities
  • Build long term, meaningful customer relationships on the phone
  • Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and share this information with management and other relevant functions (e.
  • g. Marketing or Sales Development)

  • Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to ensure the customer needs are fully met;
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree / equivalent, or High School diploma with significant relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales or a customer support-oriented role that combines internal and external stakeholder exposure, communication experience and responsibilities
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of multi-dimensional routes to market - via Channel, Distribution and Direct to end users
