Job purpose :
You will be working with the Romanian commercial leadership team to help shape and drive the sales function for this department.
You will be expected to work closely with our product, development and commercial teams to ensure we are maximising opportunities and that we are shaping our proposition in line with market and client expectations.
Your role will focus on driving growth from new business across client direct and / or Romanian media agencies in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Duties & Key Responsibilities :
Develop, agree an be accountable for a sales strategy and business plan for some of the Romania’s top brands and agencies.
Sourcing new business opportunities through a variety of efforts including outbound contact and events in the CEE region.
Effectively present and evangelise Ve Solutions to C-level contacts at tier 1 brands / agencies
Develop sales pipeline, aggressively expanding with new prospects and leads.
Coordinate and manage sales process, engaging with other teams for preparation of proposals and RFP response.
Experience and Qualifications :
Strong relationships with decision makers directly within Romania’s top brands and / or with an expansive network of senior contacts at Romanian media agencies.
Proven track record in closing deals with T1 brands and media buyers (Brand or Agency)
Ability to structure, present and close trading deals / PSL with media agencies.
Ability to build relationships with decision makers around a solution / strategic sale.
Demonstrate a high degree of media proficiency, effective presentation and communication skills and expertise in audience buying.
Strong leadership characteristics along with a dynamic personality and ability to inspire people.
Minimum 2 / 3 years’ experience selling programmatic solutions or marketing technology
Able to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and organisational capabilities.
Ability to think logically and execute methodically, a creative solution-finder, technically and commercially credible, self-confident, able to work independently
Commercially minded and always able to source means of improving revenue efficiencies.
Strategic and able to work with a client on a consultative basis to find solution that will benefit their business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
