We are looking for a creative and agile HR professional to join our IT Organization in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as an HR Generalist.

In this role you will work together with our IT HR Team in coordinating and implementing our strategy within the region, partnering with our Leaders and the HR Partners in the region.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Create and deliver engaging communications (newsletters, presentations, no-slide meetings) sought at building a sense of belonging and bringing people together
  • Contribute to the Enterprise IT HR Global and Regional Strategies, by getting actively involved in activities, initiatives, and projects
  • Facilitate employee communications on different topics, and serve as the first contact for employee inquiries
  • Own the Training and Development activities for EMEA, aimed at ensuring accurate facilitation and access to Talent Development information and resources
  • Guide our leaders throughout the talent acquisition process life-cycle and partner with local HR Partners to provide a smooth onboarding for our new colleagues
  • Work in partnership with the HR Manager, in supporting our Talent Management needs (Promotions, Succession Planning, Talent Review, Performance Management)
  • FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

    We will help you ease into your new role, through intentional training, mentoring, and coaching and guide you to make the best out of this new challenge.

    However, to be successful you will need to bring some expertise, skills, and qualifications :

  • A College / University Degree in a related field would be good, however, we are open to considering your experience and on-the-job expertise in lieu of formal education
  • Previous experience minimum of 3 years within an HR Function (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations) will ensure a smooth transition and help you adjust better to the nature of work of the team
  • As we are working within an International Environment, a proficient level of English is required, and any additional language skills are encouraged
  • Skilled in using the MS Office Kit and other internal tools and data management systems (Oracle, SharePoint, PowerBI)
