Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity. You will be a contributing team member in the global Corporate Controller’s organization, based at Honeywell’s Global HQ in Charlotte, USA.

You will get an opportunity to gain broad exposure through interaction with various Corporate Functions, Strategic Business Groups, as well as other various internal and external partners.

You will leverage your accounting and external audit knowledge to support global interactions with internal and external resources to enhance controls over statutory audit process and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take instrumental role to enhance quality of the statutory audit process; identify areas for improvement, plan and execute actions;
  • Oversee global provision of data for auditors and other external parties; ensure its timeliness, relevance, accuracy and completeness;
  • Use your accounting knowledge to support multiple countries and controllership leaders in preparation of statutory financial statements
  • Job Activities

  • 50% - Verify accuracy and completeness of data for auditors;
  • 25% - Support preparation of statutory financial statements;
  • 15% - Ensure timeliness of data provisioning;
  • 10% - Special projects.

  • You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • 3 years in Big 4 public accounting firm;
  • Fluent English and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external resources;
  • PC skills including advance Excel, and experience with other Microsoft Office products : Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • We Value

  • ACCA, CPA or similar qualification;
  • A second foreign language, other than English;
  • Some statutory audit and tax experience;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvement;
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills;
  • Proven ability to build relationships and networks across multiple organizations;
  • Strong collaborative skills, positive attitude, high energy, results orientation.
