At TE we are in the process of expanding our an EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, and we are now looking for a Recruiter (m / f) to support our business in Romania and, in the future, additional countries in Eastern Europe.
The successful candidate will work closely with the other recruiters across Europe and be a vital part in staffing the our organization in Romania.

Tasks and Qualifications
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
Responsible for the full life cycle in sourcing and recruitment process
Conceptualize and drive a recruiting marketing strategy for Romania
Play a proactive role during briefing sessions with hiring managers alongside staffing manager
Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching for by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers
Actively search for the best and brightest candidates utilizing the internet and other recruitment methodologies by building long-
and short-lists via active sourcing
Responsible to conduct EMEA wide staffing projects in alignment with the Talent Acquisition Hub
Pitch and represent TE via phone to the external market
Qualify potential candidates via phone / Skype Interview
Conduct face-to-face shortlist interviews
Act as a HR business advisor for the hiring manager and local leadership
Conduct salary & package negotiations (depending on level) in cooperation with HRBP / Comp & Ben
Professional Experience, Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related discipline
Ideally 5 years’ experience in a corporate or, preferably, agency recruitment role
Experience in assessing applicants’ / candidates’ quality, skills and fit
Experience in managing relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process, as well as serving as the single point-
of-contact for hiring managers
Previous experience in selling roles and actively attracting candidates. Able to articulate and sell the TE company culture and role to the candidate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong communication skills and a proactive nature are essential;
able to speak confidently to people at all levels
A tenacious self-starter with creative problem-solving skills. Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize. You need to be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems with strong understanding of requisition processes. Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadlines
Romanian & English languages skills in word and writing are required; additional Slavic language beneficial
