The company is fast growing and has plans for further expansion. The company is globally recognised as a start-up specialist for gaming operations in emerging markets.

We are looking for a new team member to join our Customer Support team!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries coming on various written and spoken channels from internal customers across the world
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues, regardless of how they come in
  • Proactively monitor and supervise workings of servers, applications and service availability
  • Perform remote actions, troubleshooting and tasks
  • Maintain a courteous attitude with customers
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science;
  • Good analytical skills and detail-oriented view
  • Highly responsible and dependable person some tasks are highly sensitive and require high level of attention and concentration with no room for error
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills Microsoft Windows and Office suite experience
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team : time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer support experience is preferred
  • Higher than normal level of patience is preferred
  • Willing to work in shifts : 7 : 30 / 15 : 00 and weekends : 5 days out of 7 contract
  • Experience with gambling applications is considered a plus
  • MSSQL or RDBMS knowledge is a plus
  • French is a plus
  • Remote access and virtualization technologies knowledge is a plus
  • All around IT Power User slightly higher than general knowledge in but not limited to : Windows, AD, Email server systems, Networking, Databases, Remote access tools, Hardware, etc
  • Nice to have :

  • MSSQL or RDBMS knowledge is a plus
  • French is a plus
  • Remote access and virtualization technologies knowledge is a plus
  • All around IT Power User slightly higher than general knowledge in but not limited to : Windows, AD, Email server systems, Networking, Databases, Remote access tools, Hardware, etc
