How could you help us do this?
The Support Renewal Optimization Specialist at Micro Focus is a subject matter expert in operational processes across the end to end sales cycle within the Support Renewals organization which may include opportunity management, quote and configuration, pricing, and order management.
Responsibilities include leading or participating in process improvement efforts which may involve design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting of the process or functionality, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
What kind of work you will be doing :
Provide business expertise to help guide the Stack C project to deliver a fit for purpose solution.
Provide input during testing to ensure any defects are identified and fixed.
Represents the needs of the business during process improvement projects.
Manage and own the identification, reporting, tracking and completion of bug fixes working with the IT support org.
Identify system or process improvements to continue to drive efficiency within the organization.
Provides evolutionary thought leadership and training / enablement documentation / visual recordings to team members.
Hold face to face and one to many training sessions.
Provide process support long-term to business users.
What achievements should you have so far?
We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in a business related function, preferably Support Renewals, Inside Sales or Order Management.
Thorough knowledge of the company's operational Support Renewal processes.
Intermediate understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
Solid communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Exposure to a tech company would be great, but we are flexible on this!
If you also have a degree in a relevant subject (economic, finance, business operations), great!
