The Lifecycle Management Specialistis responsible to find the right aftersales opportunities, implement andcontinuously develop the strategy around them considering the entire Lifecycleof Emerson Climate Technologies products.

The person performing the role willbe collaborating with Application Engineering, Product Planning, Engineeringand Material Managers and drive engagement to implement the overall LifecycleManagement Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to identify / define andexecute the Aftersales Strategy by working closely with the LifecycleManagement Team and adjacent departments
  • Analyses the opportunity from theprofitability and implementation point of view, sets up the strategic approachand drives the successful implementation
  • Help develop and promote new andoptimized flows that facilitates better, faster assistance in aftersalesinquiries
  • Takes ownership of defined LifecycleManagement Projects from start to finish with focus on successfullyimplementing the strategic Aftersales initiatives related to specific productfamilies
  • Gathers valuable information fromdepartments like Marketing, Product Planning, Application Engineering, Sales inorder to drive focus and execute specific initiatives
  • Presents and promotes the analysisresults and collaborates with stakeholders to agree upon implementation steps
  • Follows up accordingly to ensure thestrategy s successful implementation
  • Collaborates effectively throughoutdifferent levels, channels and teams and communicates continuously withEngineering, Product Planning, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and CustomerSupporting functions
  • Supports all Lifecycle Managementprojects and initiatives as needed
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Economics with experience in Sales, Product Management or Technical field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis with strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Experience in HVAC, Ref & AC business is considered plus
  • Computer skills : Advanced / Proficiency level in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Good Finance, Marketing, Sales concepts understanding
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proactivity, flexibility and adaptability
