Customer Success in Oracle, you will focus on Integration Cloud Service, you will manage and assist our customers' Adoption Journey into Oracle Cloud Integration / Middleware portfolio and ensure they get the most out of their investment.
This role is 100% cloud focused and blends technical hands-on and business skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the adoption of the Oracle Integration Cloud Service Run hands-
on and conceptual workshops, and Proof of Concepts Build workshop materials, best practices, recommendations Using your technical expertise and product knowledge to respond to technical questions from customers around Oracle Cloud products and solutions Deliver advisory services to customers Onboard our customers into Cloud Integration Driving high customer Satisfaction through the cloud adoption Educate customers on new cloud application development services / features / services / use cases Assisting with or leading the development of relevant material such as workshops, demonstrations and training.
Maintain relationships with Product Management and ensure that feedback to / from the EMEA Customer Success organisation is prioritised appropriately This is an EMEA Role : travel is expected up to 20% of timeREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCEThe Integration / Middleware Cloud Specialist will be an integral member of EMEA Customer Success Team and the ideal candidate will have : Be able to quickly learn a new service that it is intuitive, quick and enjoyable to use Good knowledge of e2e software architecture, Integration technologies and patterns Good understanding of one or more of the following middleware areas : o Service Oriented Architecture, Orchestration, Service Buseso Business Process Management, Business Process Architecture Experience with one or more of the following Oracle products is a plus : o Oracle WebLogic Servero Oracle SOA Suiteo Oracle BPM Suite Enthusiasm, energy and ability to evangelize and expand the footprint of seeded markets in the public cloud platform Good listener, product and client centric attitude, strong in relationship building, good communicator, and coordinator, leadership skills across various business units Willingness to travel to Customer locations (approx.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify / drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Work with medium sized clients to develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues / replenish / renews contract with Oracle.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations.
Identify product expansion / up sell opportunities. Responsible for sharing information across the CSM team via defined methods.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. 5 to 7 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience.
