Your mission : As an Talent Attraction Advisor you will be in the forefront of the recruitment cycle. You have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting with the growth of our teams while working alongside a dynamic and driven international Talent Attraction team.

As a Talent Attraction Advisor, you will advise Leaders to become more aware of what recruitment means. This means not only proactively recommending and driving process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement, but also giving them the right directions to let the candidate live the best experience ever.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

  • Manage all recruiting lifecycle activities including attraction, selection and offer negotiation for the assigned recruitment projects
  • Source extensive pipeline by identifying potential candidates through niche platform sourcing, networking, group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
  • Understand and anticipate hiring needs and requirements by working with management team on strategic directions of Lines of business groups
  • Build solid working relationships with Leadership Teams in different Market Units in Central Eastern Europe
  • Become a real Partner for all the Hiring Managers : you will be the person they will look for any Talent Attraction related topics
  • Conduct interviews and support / guide candidates during the process
  • Train Hiring Managers to improve their interviewing skills and l guide them to utilize our tools fully
  • You Have

  • Max 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Excellent English
  • Experience identifying the top talent using creative tactics.
  • Excellent follow-up and time management skills must be a go-getter
  • Ability to design and manage processes with appropriate degrees of consistency
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong consultative, and partnership skills, combined with superior communication skills and a strong focus on delivery of results
