You have experience using Docker for software testing and deployment.
You have experience working in teams using git to commit clean, tested code.

You are a self-sufficient worker and maintain accountability for your own timeliness.

Implement reliable systems to process and manage our data.
Work closely with scientists and bioinformaticians as software support for analysis tools and LIMS features.
Build out the AWS infrastructure to support it all.
