Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Part of the Administration of Bertrandt Bucharest withcontact with our Headquarters in Germany, France and Sibiu, part of yourresponsibilities will be :
Schedule Management for CEO and Site Manager
Information Preparation for internal and external communication
Preparation of records and reports for management meetings
Communication liaison for French and Romanian management
Financial follow-up and analysis for customers and suppliers invoices
Management of the office leases, contracts, suppliers
Event organizer, from fairs to management meetings
Candidate’s profile :
At least a first experience as Executive Assistant or Office Manager
Economical, Marketing, Management or Engineering studies
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
High attention to details
Eagerness and curiosity in developing professional skills
Good judgement and autonomy
Proficient in Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Availability to travel
English and French are compulsory and German will be appreciated.
