With in-depth expertise on specific Hire To Retire processes & tools, the process expert is driving process documentation, analysis and guided continuous improvement initiatives within the GBS Center.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Process mapping
  • Execute end to end process mapping under process lead coordination
  • Support the documentation of the process (QRG, SOP)
  • Ensure processes and their documentation adhere to stakeholder expectations and regulatory restrictions
  • Process Expertise Operational
  • Define and Implement process improvements once approved
  • Develop documentation for KTs in the area of expertise
  • SPOC in Continuous Improvement activities
  • Support SOX / Audit documentation
  • Act as a change agent and process trainer for designated area
  • Performs Quality checks at team level and provides operational feedback
  • Process changes projects
  • Resource for area technology enablers from the design to testing phase (superusers)
  • Act as activity expert during migrations by performing KT and reverse KT
  • Performance measurement
  • Support KPI collection and calculation for operational teams
  • Drives continuous improvement and standardization on country, cluster or global level
  • Education :

    Required : Graduate degree

    Preffered : Graduate degree in human resources field

    Skills and relevant work experience :

    3 years’ experience in Human Resources

  • Previous experience providing Processes and Tools solutions for line managers
  • Cross-functional enterprise understanding and the ability to work in cross-functional projects
  • Good analytic skills and attention to details
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Very good Excel and SAP knowledge
  • Experience with solutions like People Central, Service NOW or Ceridian is an advantage
  • Capable of managing workload and prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to create positive work relationships with multiple teams, both physical and virtual.
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in Shared Service Centers / Outsourcing highly preferred
  • Advanced analytical and decision-making skills
  • Very good language skills both written and spoken in English / French
  • Job Posting Grade : 10
