The HR Business Partner owns the people agenda for Genpact Bucharest site in close cooperation with Genpact Europe Functional and Business teams.
Actively participates in aligning the human resources strategy to the business imperative in cooperation with local business and functional leaders;
Owns staffing, retention, engagement, talent development and C&B targets, along with business leaders;

Defines and implements strategies, policies & programs that embed a transparent and merit based organization, health, safety and wellbeing mindset and helps minimise people and business risks;
Monitors competitiveness of human resources process with local labor market practices and actively participates in the go to market people strategy for Bucharest;
Develops and maintains the relationships with local Employee Representatives, sets direction and offers expert advice in all matters relating to employment relations;
Participates actively growth projects, as part of the deal cycle, leading the HR stream and front facing customers in such projects;
Actively contributes to the HR Transformation agenda, by proposing and leading initiatives across regions and functions

CIPD or equivalent HR certification
Fluent in English
Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics
Extensive experience in HR, preferably in consulting, IT&C, BPO or SSC environment
Proven expertise in hiring, employee relations and Romania labor law and organizational design
Strategic and conceptual thinking : conceptualizing the future environment and providing others with a clear image of what needs to be done to ensure long term success;
Change management : leads and manages changes;
Problem solving and innovation : introduce new or modified work processes to accomplish the most with the least overall expenditure of time and resources;
Decision making : taking calculated risk in complex, ambiguous or risky situations to force an issue or set a direction;
Implementation : setting stretched work standards and timely attain measurable outcomes;
Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;
