  • Lead management Timely lead assignment to Sales representatives of all leads coming to our operational queues from digital or third party sources
  • Lead flow Ensure leads flow properly throughout our platforms
  • Analysis of ageing and closed leads trying to recover leads with potential to be converted to opportunities.
  • Keep constant communication with sales representatives to understand the status of leads assigned and identify areas where we can support sales organization.
  • Ageing of opportunities analysis - Provide support to sales
  • Ensure all records coming from our vendors are flowing and provide support in case of any issues.
  • Support to manage all leads generated as a result of an HPE Event or Marketing campaign
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of marketing campaign results to support business performance improvement.
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • Associated degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2+ years marketing and / or operational experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in Salesforce GRM is desired but not a must.
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
  • High-level knowledge of marketing activities and processes.
  • Strong written / oral and communications and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
