About the role
The HR & Payroll Team Leader is responsible with the BPO projects setup, implementation and coordination in order to assure a smooth and efficient process transition for the BPO clients by ensuring service delivery excellence.
HRP Team Leader will directly report to the BPO Director and will cover two main areas of activities related to : New clients (BPO services implementation projects) and Existing Clients (Maintenance of existing projects & new requests) communications.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to :
Ensures the success of the BPO services implementation plan, according to UCMS procedures. Delivering the contracted targets, as the client needs;
Responsible of the quality of deliverables as well as for managing team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance;
Responsible to deliver on time and in the agreed quality parameters;
Assure a good collaboration with the internal and external customers;
Provide excellent customer service and determine the needs of the client;
Develops implementation specifications, operating and communication procedures for the allocated projects;
Monitors the projects costs in order to keep them under the established limits;
Plans, organizes and monitors the payroll consultants activity on the allocated projects in order to deliver on time and on budget and in the agreed quality parameters;
Uses the UCMS PAY&HR (HR Admin) application in order to make technical configuration for new clients;
Ensure an efficient BPO clients communication in order to achieve a great client satisfaction level, while respecting the internal procedures and the legal specifications;
Responsible for the existing contracts profitability, in terms of client management and quality of the delivered services;
Study of the payroll legislation for : the rights and withholding of wages, taxes and contributions to salary. Makes sure that the necessary configurations are made in the application so that the granting of rights and wage deductions, tax calculation and contributions are in accordance with the law;
Uses the UCMS PAY&HR (HR Admin) application in order to make / coordinate technical configuration for new requests in terms of new functionalities requests or according to the changes in the payroll and work legislations;
Develops projects effectiveness reports and other reports requested by the BPO Director;
Anticipates clients’ needs and generates a wide range of solutions for the clients requests of different problems that may appear
Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria :
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics;
Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience or 3+ years of accounting / payroll application implementation experience;
Experience in the accounting / payroll application configuration;
Ability to view complex / conflicting data, identify problems and propose solutions / alternatives;
Strong communication skills;
Strong knowledge of work and payroll legislation or of the UCMS PAY&HR application;
Able to develop various solutions to resolve tasks and problems;
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations;
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language;
Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
Good command of written & spoken English
