Your mission :

You will be responsible for supporting the Controllership team on the management and governance of our key customer metric, Annualized Renewal Run-rate (ARR).

You will own on-going maintenance of data supporting ARR, preparing reconciliation materials between company systems ensuring all systems accurately reflect balances, and the SOX audit controls around these externally reported metrics.

You will prepare materials to support the audit documentation, including testing and sampling materials. You will work across the organization with Sales, Finance & Accounting and Internal Audit teams.

Success in the role requires expert modeling abilities, strong financial metrics acumen, attention to detail, controllership mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within the team and cross-functionally with other departments.

What you'll do at UiPath

Prepare the reporting of key Customer Metrics of the company, including ARR, Retention Rates, Churn, amongst other key externally and internally reported metrics

Ensure all key Customer Metrics are reported correctly and accurately across company systems, with on-going governance and maintenance

Reconcile the main sources of data, investigate significant differences identified between systems, initiate and pursue remediation across systems (i.e., CRM, ERP and DWH)

Implement necessary changes in systems, following standard operating procedures, as required

Ensure proper SOX controls are documented, prepared, reviewed and governed on a quarterly basis

Coordinate with Company internal and external auditors to support SOX testing, sampling, documentation and inquiries

Consolidate, standardize, and improve reporting; synthesize data to draw insights ensuring that all variances are challenged and understood

Conduct ad-hoc analysis that is actionable to support decision making and reporting

What you'll bring to the team

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics

1-3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, or other relevant field; FP&A experience at a tech company is a plus, but not required

Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data

Deep analytical capabilities and project management skills

Curiosity, resourcefulness, flexibility and a collaborative approach will all help

Self-starter, good listener, action-oriented, has a positive attitude, able to consistently meet deadlines, willing to work under tight timelines to achieve the financial objectives of the business under a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills

Team player, who is an open, honest, and a mature individual who is willing to roll-up his / her sleeves and has a strong attention to details.
