Purpose of the job

In this role, the Customer Service projects specialist will mainly be responsible for landing at local level different projects of transformation, both with central / regional lead, but also locally developed ones.

In their job they would also be leading the Master Data team.

They would be the liaison between central implementation teams, but also between several internal departments involved in the projects.

Main responsibilities

Manages and clearly communicates the project objectives, sets up the local resource plans and creates a project environment that enables the best performance of the team members

Is the single source of truth and is responsible for providing information that is relevant and accurate to support effective decision making, provided to stakeholders in a way they can understand

Issues communications about changes / processes / operations

Creates functional design documents for the local use

Is the first point of contact for the project at hand for all x-functional cooperators

Manages relationship with the stakeholders, keeping them informed of the progress in order to manage expectations on projects requirements and deliverables

Leads the Master Data team

Competencies and experience required

Fluent English

M.Office proficiency (VBA intermediate level recommended)

Supply Chain background would be an advantage

Former people management experience would be an advantage

Good written and oral communication and presentation skills

Good change management skills
