A Care Agent manages customers, partners and sales interactions on orders, ensuring best in class communication and customer experience.

  • E2E ordering experience ownership for the assigned customer / partner / sales team;
  • Responds to queries and offers consultancy on ordering process
  • Redirects and helps resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Takes action to solve and avoid recurrent issues with owners
  • Leads corrective action in the OM&C area based on TCE / TPOE feedback
  • Escalation contact for stakeholders on all operational questions / issues on orders

  • Addresses complaints and helps speed resolution
  • Proactively informs on progress and sets right expectations
  • Encourages usage of self-service tools for partner / customer / sales

    Engages with OP, OM, DM & AOM, as required

  • Support OP and OM to resolve customer driven issues on orders by engaging directly with partner / customer
  • Addresses issues on orders to correct owner and follows up on resolution
  • Partners with Deal Manager on Complex Deals and handles customer / partner communication
  • Partners with AOM on actions needed to improve operational experience
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 4-6 years experience
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Experience designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools to support client sales processing
  • Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of and experience in applying business and sales processing tools, systems and practices to various situations
  • Reviewing and interpreting client agreements and resolving ambiguity or issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English, local language is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales processing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
