1 -2 years in a similar role;
Previous Team Management Experience;
Online ecommerce experience is a plus;
Strong Microsoft Office skills Excel, Word, Power Point ;
Strong communication skills (oral and written) both in Romanian and English;
Positive attitude, eager to learn;
Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analytical skills;
Interest in setting up and improving processes;
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements;
Detail-oriented and strong follow-through.
What will you do in our team?
Coordinate the team of analysts within Seller Performance Department in Marketplace, overviewing the behavior of all Marketplace sellers;
Be a business partner for the Seller Performance teams, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their recommendation for the marketplace sellers;
Lead the team to identify new data correlations, increase the speed and accuracy of the reports and improve support offered to the business teams;
Drawing conclusions based on big data analysis as a base for business decisions;
Coordinate the team to prioritize and manage a high volume of projects, reports, dashboards and other business insights;
Generate value for Seller Performance teams, improving the tools, capabilities and partnering with cross functional teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction;
Encourage the team to identify low performance, in depth analysis on the main reasons and evaluate the impact of improvement measures taken by the team;
Implement measures to analyze the performance of all the sellers and support for business decisions on whether to continue, improve or cancel;
Acquire an in-depth knowledge of all aspects relating to ecommerce (Commercial, Marketing, Operations)
Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions;
Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and sustain presentations;
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently, while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusion related to profitability, actual vs. budget, product availability, active promotions, inventory levels, etc.

Proactively engaged in coordinating team activities related with business requirements;
Analyze huge sets of data, make correlations, draw valid conclusions and define personalized action plans;
Follow up constantly on all established improvement methods and make sure they happen in due time;
Actively participate in commercial activities and meetings;
Prepare financial calculations to support commercial initiatives;
Participate in commercial activities improvement initiatives (identification, review of systems design, specifications and workflows);
Offer support for the Marketplace Seller Performance Team (account management, seller development, account health).
