We are looking for a passionate Technical Support Engineer, with a strong knowledge and interest within the IT industry.
A good candidate needs to have strong experience in working with complex SW applications, good knowledge of SW development processes.
In his / her responsibility will be :
assuring support for our Software Development tools
maintaining and developing new scripts for these tools
performing support tasks, required by projects
performing administration tasks for tools, in order to ensure smooth running of these tools in our environment
training the ADAS worldwide users for a proper usage of Software Development tools
maintaining and improving the integration between the Software Development tools
creating and improving tools process and methods
A mentor will guide you to take over step by step your own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Minimum skills and experience :
University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Electronics, Computer science, Informatics...)
Basic knowledge on programming (Java / C++ / Visual Basic / Phyton) or others scripting languages.
Knowledge in SW development process for distributed teams (code sharing, source control, collaboration).
Knowledge of different operating systems
Good communication and team skills.
Very good writing, reading and speaking English skills.
Well organized person, tenacious, attentive to details, methodic, rigorous.
Availability for Business Trips
Preferred skills and experience :
Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle)
