Implement the marketing strategy and action plan; propose marketing tactics adapted to the local market’s needs.
Achieve budgeted turnover and business objectives through the development and implementation of marketing activities - contributing to increased sales, improved brand equity and customer satisfaction.
The Product Manager is accountable for the business results (growth and profitability) of the assigned product category / BU within the marketing team.
This person is responsible to define and implement the product strategy, the management of the product life cycle of the entire product range and support the business development in order to reach its objectives of growth and profitability.
The Product Manager leads the development and implementation of innovation / strategic projects in close collaboration with R&D and sales, operations, technical advisors and 3rd parties.
Build Market intelligence for the product category on the customer competitor consumer company level.
Develop the strategy for the product category, align it with key stakeholders within the local organization and HQ.
Formalize for the long term vision in a Long Range Plan.
Follow, analyze and manage the performance of the products in terms of volume, sales and margin evolution.
Propose, agree and roll-out acceleration plans with the business development team to deliver the targeted budget.
Manage the assigned budget, request quotations and comply with the acquisition policy.
Build relationships with clients and deliver value added projects that support the business targets with a win-win approach.
Act as Inter-departmental coordinator / facilitator between various departments (operations, marketing services, R&D, QA, QC, finance, supply chain, .
regarding the product category.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Marketing Experience 3 - 5years
Good analytical skills
Dynamic, down to earth,hands on’ spirit, pragmatic.
Adaptabtable to dynamic environment
Project management : planning, organization, timing, budget.
Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; can get messages across thathave the desired effect.
Fluent in English. Any other language is plus
Good Microsoft Office skills Powerpoint, Xcel, Word
Digital marketingknowhow is a plus.
