This includes understanding customer needs, uncovering their pains and developing the best technical and commercial solution with the goal of increasing sales for your assigned region.

in-class customer service levels and most importantly, delivering business results. While you are physically located in our Flow Solutions Centre of Excellence based in Ede, The Netherlands, you are working as part of our Customer Contact Teams and dedicated to supporting the Benelux region.

This means that you have the unique opportunity to work in your native language while being immersed in a multi-lingual, international environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Pre- and post-sales support for our Coriolis, Vortex and Magnetic flowmeters, density and viscosity meters.
  • Speaking with customers to pre-qualify opportunities, preparing quotations and owning follow-up activities for quotes within your remit, negotiating and winning sales orders.
  • Seeking and capturing customer feedback, first-line technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Requirements :

  • English language skills. Also having fluent French language skills is an advantage.
  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering discipline (chemical, mechanical or electrical preferred).
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in a customer centric position such as insides sales or technical-commercial sales (preferably in the process automation industry).
  • Candidates without the required years of experience may be considered depending on other qualifications and ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn.
