In this role, you have the opportunity to :
Develop and drive profitable long term growth in targeted accounts across Bucharest, South-East and Eastern regions of Romania;
Maximize profitable sales and customer satisfaction, selling all Ultrasound Philips Health Systems (HS) solutions along with applicable Philips products, systems and services whilst balancing short and long term business goals.
You are responsible for :
Developing and driving successful long-term relations at the appropriate organizational levels and functions, in order to maximize the value of the short & long term business goals of Philips Health Systems.
Developing senior and executive customer management level relations.
Developing good understanding of the customers (business model / applications) to maximize business opportunities.
Generating sales forecast at the assigned accounts. Developing, implementing and driving the account plan, including tailored value proposition.
Negotiating and generating agreement with the assigned accounts according to price realization targets.
Systematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction, market, competition and trends.
Realizing planned turnover, costs and profitability. Leading solution implementation at account level collaborating with other disciplines such as Project Management, Operations and Customer Services.
Collaborating with channel partners where required.
Supporting the cluster / regional team to implement strategic sales / services solutions (e.g. Care Cycle, Philips HS Solutions, strategic account management) at country level.
Ensuring that completed quotations are based on a solution / configuration compliant to validated specifications. Ensuring that any third party product included in the solution and not part of the catalogue is properly validated for compatibility / compliance of specifications.
You are part of Health System (HS) South organization and will be based in our office in Bucharest. You will report to the Country Sales Leader and you will closely collaborate with colleagues with multidisciplinary roles.
Your assignments require frequent travelling in your dedicated geographical area.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
Professional with proven track record in a sales or account management role in healthcare industry;
Experience of working within and preferably leading a cross functional team;
Proactive, with excellent networking and negotiation skills, passionate about healthcare and motivated to develop win-
win business partnerships;
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.
