  • Now, here's what you will need to do :

  • Handling all recruitment tasks, from job postings to on-boarding, in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards, including representing the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
  • Drive employee engagement in line with DPDHL strategy and plans.
  • Understand the business, its issues and challenges, to provide specific advice to Business Managers.
  • Advise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers in direct functions on people-related issues and processes (ex : performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment)
  • Formulate fair and equitable processes on employee counselling and discipline and play an active role in solving any issues.
  • Provide support to make talent and leadership development plans and implement them, with the support of the L&D Senior Specialist.

  • Fluency in both Romanian & English (spoken & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to details
