The Role :
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Global Access team. Sustainalytics’ Global Access is our client platform for accessing most of our core research and data products, including our flagship ESG Risk Ratings and Research.
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to define and manage the research product content roadmaps for Global Access.
You act as both product expert and consultant to the business side and are responsible for gathering business requirements, setting the development roadmap, and executing on that roadmap.
Work within an Agile software development framework and team setting including UX designers, developers, and QA.
Collect, define, and translate requirements from stakeholders into clear and concise specifications on feature level for use by the Business Analysis team.
Manage prioritization across multiple projects and workstreams, communicate timelines clearly and guide roadmap planning.
Understand how the business strategy relates to product strategy and execution.
Understand both business and technology requirements, serving as a conduit between stakeholders, sales, marketing, compliance, design, operations, and technology teams.
Demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
Lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis or client solution roles.
Knowledge and experience with agile development, and good technical mindset and understanding required.
Excellent oral and written communication, planning, and analytical skills.
Self-directed and detail-oriented.
A passion for building software; ability to motivate a collaborative, cross-functional team with a track record for quality and on-time deliveries.
Working knowledge of front-end and back-end development and the design limitations and capabilities of both.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes.

Experience with financial advisor tools, managed account platforms, asset management operations, performance reporting, and trading
