We provide accurate and timely financial information meeting the company’s regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities with unwavering integrity.
In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP / IFRS-reporting.
Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.
Your key tasks :
Regular upwards reporting to the head of O2C
Taking key messages and producing slides with escalations around slow moving items
Analytical skills to understand account performance
Regular engagement / relationship management with strategic accounts executive level
Understanding across multiple work streams i.e. dispute resolution, cash application and invoice distribution
Operational engagement and pushing of strategic accounts internal and external teams to move slow moving items and actions
Actioning upstream issues whilst driving change and implementation of these initiatives
Ability to feed into wider O2C reporting
Ability to effectively and assertively communicate and increase visibility up to CFO and CEO levels
About you / your experience includes :
Problem solving skills are essential
Identification of key initiatives including root cause analysis and implementation of resolutions
Strong analytical skills (any experience on Tableau is helpful)
Strong executive communication skills including the ability to communicate assertively to strategic accounts executives whilst also managing multiple stakeholders both upstream and downstream
Leadership skills to help coach and upskill relevant team members that work within the workstreams
A good ability to prioritise key actions and escalations whilst remaining in the detail
Strategic thinking to understand how to implement wider change on both accounts.
