In this position, you will support the growth of the business' so be ready for new challenges, opportunities and experiences every day. Your responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new customers on the local market for the staffing services;
  • Conduct business meetings, identify customers' needs and present our services and approach;
  • Follow the end to end cycle of the opportunities up to contract signed;
  • Work closely with the clients and the recruitment department in the company to insure a healthy pipeline of candidates;
  • Conduct interviews with candidates, when required, find the right match with the existing opportunities and present the company and the new role;
  • In addition to direct acquisition of customers, you will be assigned existing accounts that you will manage and grow;
  • The company attracts leads from various fields, that you will qualify and pursue;
  • Collaborate with senior managers to create new opportunities to insure customer satisfaction and to attract new clients;
  • Drive the communication with marketing, HR and recruitment departments in the company to deploy strategies for attracting, motivating and retaining talent;
  • Draft compelling proposals and presentations;
  • Insure reporting and support the invoicing process;

  • What you will need

  • Graduate studies (ideally Marketing, Economics or Technical);
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an IT, recruitment and / or commercial position;
  • You will work in a fast pace environment, so excellent organizational skills are required;
  • In this role, drive , ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset are the keys to success;
  • Since the IT world is changing fast, we expect you to embrace this change and enjoy having a diversity of assignments and working with colleagues from many departments;
  • Results oriented attitude, responsibility for the sales and recruitment processes;
  • High level knowledge of software developments terms and a keen interest in learning continuously;
  • Confidence speaking to customers and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Superior speaking and writing skills in English.
