departmentTehnicThe Service Management Center is looking for a new colleaguein the Service Performance team, that will apply quality processes on networktransmissions and IP environment.

As a Service Performance Manager you will be responsible forend to end performance follow-up of mobile services, covering in detail allactivities related to evaluation of transport network capabilities anddeployment evolution (IP, microwave and transmission Backbone optimization) inline with mobile QoS requirements and priorities in order to assure bestservice performance and resilience to the end user.

Involved in a dynamic domain you'll look for continuousimprovement, in a proactive manner. You will work on different technologies andinteract with other teams and third party providers.

up issues under investigation, triggerand manage performance improvement streams / projects with technical experts fromall involved entitiesDevelop initiatives for quality improvement andsupervise the implementation with the operational teamsCreate reports and dashboard to highlight keyinformation to all major stakeholdersWhat you need tohave : Excellent knowledge of end to end network mobileenvironment, both technically and functionallyGood knowledge of MW, SDH & DWDMtransmission technologiesGood Knowledge of IP / MPLS domainExperience in tracking opportunities foroptimizing services performance during its entire lifecycleWorking language(s) : Romanian and EnglishEducation : Telecom degree or equivalent experienceThank you forapplying!contractRegular
