Key Job Responsibilities / Job Description :
Monitoring of Support call logging system (Cherwell) and Support mail boxes.
Able to identify, organize and resolve tickets according to priority and within a pre-set deadline
Distribute tickets to appropriate department / teams
Support of Pensions Administration software (MasterKEY)
Support of financial software packages (CCM Browser, CCM Core, Lloydslink, Open Accounts, PT-X)
Support of work management system (WMS)
Installation of schemes onto CCM Core, Open Accounts and PT-X.
Creating and maintaining Support process documentation.
Testing of Pensions Portal Website (linked to MasterKEY)
Creation and maintenance of mail merge documentation and reporting on MasterKEY
User Maintenance on all pensions and financial systems.
To peer review and ensure own work is peer reviewed as appropriate.
Undertake and take responsibility for completion of assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.
Carry out such other duties as may be agreed from time to time.
Qualification Requirements :
Previous experience with a call logging system
Able to provide support through either telephone calls, emails or live chat applications
Fluent in written and verbal English language.
MS Office (Word / Excel / Access) to advanced level.
Experience of working with relational databases desirable.
UK Pensions knowledge desirable.
Experience of working for an English-speaking company desirable.
Problem solving skills.
Attention to detail is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills essential, both verbal and written.
